Our Genealogy Technology Group is an open discussion of anything related to genealogy whether software, the internet, computers, mobile devices such as cellphones and tablets, social media and much more. Bring your questions and/or problems to the Allen County Public Library, Room B on the third Wednesday of each month from 7:00-8:30 pm.
Read and print our 2013-2014 brochure of Free Educational Genealogy Programs the second Wednesday evening of each month September to May at the Allen County Public Library Meeting Room A.
“Indiana Territory Genealogy” presented by Ron Darrah – May 14, 2014 – Free Educational Genealogy Program
Many present day Hoosiers can trace their lineage to settlers who founded the state of Indiana. This presentation explores those early pioneer men and women, looks at their records , including history, land, money, marriage, and warfare.
Ron Darrah is the Founding Executive Director of the Genealogical Society of Marion county. Chair of the Territorial Guard Society of Indiana, and has been a genealogical researcher for nearly thirty years.

6:30 p.m. refreshments and social time. 7:00 p.m. a free genealogy program in Meeting Room A at the Allen County Public Library (ACPL), 900 Library Plaza, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
