There are ever increasing numbers of online resources for those looking to document the military history of their ancestors.  This talk will highlight some new as well as some lesser-known online resources for military research.

Curt B. Witcher is the Senior Manager for Special Collections at the Allen County Public Library and is also the manager of the Genealogy Center.  Curt is a former president of both the Federation of Genealogical Societies and the National Genealogical Society.  He is also the founding president of the Indiana Genealogical Society.

Meets the third Wednesday evening of each month September to May in Meeting Room B at 7:00 p.m at ACPL. We have an open discussion of anything related to the internet, computers, social media, genealogy software and much much more.

    I am a shut in and am doing my family tree online.. is there any FREE sites I can access for information. I use findagrave and that is about all I am able to find that is no cost.. I am extremely low income and my health is very fragile so I don’t get out. Please help me. Thank you.
