Get an up-close-and-personal look at The Genealogy Center’s website. From the more than 3M free searchable records to some of the best licensed databases, the site has much to offer. Tips for effective use will be shared as well as ways to contribute your data.
Curt B. Witcher is the Senior Manager of Special Collections at the Allen County Public Library and in that capacity manages the widely acclaimed Genealogy Center as well as the Lincoln Financial Foundation Collection of Abraham Lincoln related research materials. He is in his thirty-eighth year with ACPL. In 2016, the Indiana Lieutenant governor presented Curt with the Hoosier Hospitality Award and the Dallas Genealogical Society awarded him the Lloyd DeWitt Bockstruck Distinguished Service Award for outstanding contributions to the genealogical community on a national level.

6:30 p.m. refreshments and social time the second Wednesday evening, September to May, at 7:00 p.m. is our free Genealogy Education Program in Meeting Room A at the Allen County Public Library (ACPL), 900 Library Plaza, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
