Update on new collections available in The Genealogy Center as well as tips on how to access materials in FamilySearch’s Family History Books, the Internet Archive and other online repositories.
Curt B. Witcher, Senior Manager of Special Collections at the Allen County Public Library, manages the widely acclaimed Genealogy Center as well as the Lincoln Financial Foundation Collection of Abraham Lincoln related research materials. He is in his thirty-ninth year with ACPL. In 2016, the Indiana Lieutenant Governor presented Curt with the Hoosier Hospitality Award and the Dallas Genealogical Society awarded him the Lloyd DeWitt Bockstruck Distinguished Service Award.

6:30 p.m. refreshments and social time the second Wednesday evening, September to May, at 7:00 p.m. is our free Genealogy Education Program normally in Meeting Room A at the Allen County Public Library (ACPL), 900 Library Plaza, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
