“Finding Family: Researching Adopted Children in the Past — and Today” presented by Delia Cothrun Bourne on March 13, 2019 – Free Education Program

This presentation examines the various possibilities open to those seeking answers from historical research to the ever-expanding world of open adoption records.

Delia Cothrun Bourne, staff member of The Genealogy Center since 1983. She has worked with PERSI as an editor and encoder for over twenty-five years. She was a writer for the History of Fort Wayne and Allen County 1700-2005.
