“Colonial Era Research” presented by Curt Sylvester on May 08, 2019 – Free Education Program
This presentation reviews research in the “Colonial Era” (1607 through July 4, 1776 with the Declaration of Independence). A review of the thirteen colonies provides information on people of various nationalities, languages, religions, and political beliefs struggling to create a unique life experience while living under English Law.
Curt Sylvester, an ACGSI member, has many ancestors who were residents of the colonies in the early 1600’s and residents of Indiana before it was a state. He has researched and written several books. He is secretary of the Indiana Genealogical Society.
