October 12, 2020, was the 15th anniversary of acgsi.org. Our deed index continues to grow steadily. The index cites nearly 46,000 deeds (two parties each) in the period 1873-1889. We are now indexing in the 1890s.

Free Monthly Educational Programs

 

Presented by ALLEN COUNTY GENEALOGICAL SOCIETY OF INDIANA, INC. and THE GENEALOGY CENTER

Our Free Educational Programs are presented at 7:00 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month September through May. To expand our audience and bring the amazing resources of the society to a wider audience, our 2020-2021 season of programs will begin as virtual programs on the Zoom platform. ACGSI members will be emailed an invitation to each Free Educational Program. Membership in the society is open to all.

Free Monthly Educational Programs

 

Our future programs in the fall of 2020 will be online as Zoom meetings. Our programs normally meet at the Allen County Public Library which is currently closed for public events since Governor Eric Holcomb Ordered Hoosiers to Stay Home in Fight Against COVID-19.

 

Our FREE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS are open to anyone who wishes to attend. The presentation begins at 7:00 pm in the Discovery Center of The Genealogy Center on the second floor of the Allen County Public Library in downtown Fort Wayne. Social time and networking begin at 6:30 pm. ACPL, 900 Library Plaza, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
