“Introduction to Quaker Genealogy” presented by Dr. Thomas D. Hamm on March 11, 2020 – Free Education Program
People with Quaker ancestors are fortunate as Quaker records are among the richest for genealogical research. This presentation will be an overview of Quaker history and Quaker records that are useful for genealogy.
Dr. Thomas D. Hamm is Professor of History and Director of Special Collections at Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana, where he has taught since 1987. He has published five books and numerous articles on Quaker history.
Our FREE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS are open to anyone who wishes to attend. The presentation begins at 7:00 pm in the Discovery Center of The Genealogy Center on the second floor of the Allen County Public Library in downtown Fort Wayne. Social time and networking begin at 6:30 pm.
